Orange has renewed its confidence in giving us the opportunity to manage the organization of this new edition of the Mobile World Congress.
Located in Hall 3, a privileged place of the tradeshow, our client distinguished himself by his space and its refined and futuristic design. With an area of 852sqm spread over 2 floors, this place was a real showcase of 13 latest innovations of Orange and its start-ups.

Our missions:

  • Event & PR project management
  • Overall coordination of the project, upstream, on site and post-event
  • Customer consulting and reporting
  • Creative brainstorming around the concept of the stand and activations to set up
  • Customer & Service Providers Coordination
  • Continued collaboration with Orange’s internal staff, the technical teams and the agency in charge of the design of the booth
  • Organization of different activations like; O1 Net’s live performances, the intervention of experts for conferences on the booth stage, the organization of Techno Tours for the internal or the external public, the organization of the visits of personalities (ex: MEPs., the Spanish government…)
  • Recommendation and logistics operational organization
  • Daily management of requests from different actors of the event (Orange delegations, subsidiaries, demonstrators, start-ups, …) to ensure the success of this edition
