Once again, we have accompanied Universal Publishing Production Music for the 2017 edition of MIPCOM. Universal wants to be a leader in the music market and their presence at MIPCOM has become essential. For this occasion, we were challenged to support them during the days and evenings of October 16th and 17th. A concept was designed to surprise the guests and accompanied them in their meeting, the guests are numerous and from different nationalities.

For these events, more than 500 peoples were expected and the benefits included:

– During the day:

  • The layout of an apartment on the Croisette in Cannes so that Universal’s employees and providers can organize private meetings.
  • Catering and drinks during the day

– In the evening:

  • The layout of an apartment on the Croisette in Cannes with Dj sets in a festive and relaxed atmosphere.
  • The layout of a secret room, a Speakeasy, with a trompe-l’oeil door specially designed to surprise the guests. In this secret bar, the guests were immersed in a new world with the”prohibition” theme thanks to a different bar (elaborate cocktails, whiskey, cigars, etc.).
  • The caterer and drinks in the evening
