Accomplished tasks :  

For the 4th year running, UNIVERSAL PRODUCTION MUSIC, entrusted us  with the task of organizing 2 private parties and 2 meeting days, concurrently with the MIPCOM19 trade show, inside an appartment located on la Croisette, rented and totally reorganized for this occasion.
The aim of the parties was to welcome clients, partners and UNIVERSAL teams in an unique environment, in an festive and pleasant atmosphere.
The aim of the meeting days was to gather UNIVERSAL teams from all over the world, to debrief about positive feedbacks, initial contacts and lines of thought related to their presence at MIPCOM2019 trade show.

  • Coordination and collaboration with UNIVERSAL team
  • Coordination of internal teams and providers
  • Support before, during and after the event
  • Monitoring of the visibility and of the production of communication media (POS, promotional items, trailers, advertising pages)
  • On-site management
  • Presentations and report creation
